Sativa's summer senior portrait session in Charleston, South Carolina was a dream! Our goal was to capture some fun pops of color along with the classic beauty that is Charleston. We had a fun time exploring Rainbow Row, cobblestone streets, and flower-filled parks.


We started Sativa's session at Hampton Park surrounded by nature and the most beautiful gardens full of flowers. The light was soft and there were only a few other people in the park. Rain was forecasted later in the day so we moved quickly to allow time to explore the charming streets of downtown. Luckily, we were able to squeeze in all the Rainbow Row colors before the drops started to fall. Sativa navigated the cobblestone paths with ease in her wedges and her smile lit up the streets of Charleston on an otherwise overcast day.


Charleston is such an iconic location for senior portraits, full of southern charm and inspiring architecture around every corner. Sativa, thank you for trusting me to capture beautiful images that you can carry with you as you start your senior year and memories for the future!
