Family Portrait Sessions
Family Investments include a one of a kind experience including 45 minutes - 1 1/2 hours of shooting, an optional pre-session consultation, choice of session location within 30 miles of Alexandria, VA, and a beautifully designed online gallery full of your images with high-resolution digital downloads and the option to purchase additional images and prints from your gallery. These sessions are a great way to capture your family's special moments through the years!
Senior Portrait Sessions
Senior Investments include a one of a kind experience including 1-2 hours of shooting, a pre-session consultation, 1-2 locations, multiple outfit changes and a beautifully designed online gallery full of your images with high-resolution digital downloads and the option to purchase additional digital images and prints from your gallery. Senior year is such a memorable time and graduating seniors deserve a special experience to carry them into the next chapter of their lives!
Couples Portrait Sessions

Having professional photos taken is the best way to preserve those special moments in life! Planning a photo session can seem like a daunting task, but I'm here to walk you through every step to ensure you are relaxed and comfortable. I will help you choose the best location, props, outfits, and give you all the tips to ensure you have an amazing experience! During the session, we will take classic portraits as well as fun candid shots. I'll be guiding you through poses that show real and genuine emotion. Some common frequently asked questions are below and if you need any help planning your session just give me a call. I'm here to help you every step of the way!

When do sessions typically take place?
Most outdoor sessions are scheduled 1-2 hours after sunrise or 2-3 hours before sunset.
Where do sessions take place?
Locations are within 30 minutes of Stuttgart, Germany but I am always available to travel outside of the area for an additional travel fee. Contact me for more information.
I am thinking about professional hair and/or makeup for my session. Do you have any recommendations?
Yes. Let me know and I can send you a list of local hair and makeup artists.
I don't know what to wear for my session. Can you help me?
Yes! I will send you a Portrait Style Guide that has great tips on dressing for your session and bringing personality and life to your images. Classic, simple looks in neutral colors photograph best.
Are digital images included in your package?
A specific number of high resolution digital images will be available for download in your online portrait gallery with the option to purchase more.
How will I receive my images?
You will receive a link to an online gallery via email.
Can I share my images on social media?
Feel free to post any images that you wish! Giving credit to the photographer is appreciated, but not required.
Where is the best place to print my images?
The best (and most convenient) place for printing your images is directly though your gallery. Open your gallery and click on the shopping cart icon in the upper right hand corner of your gallery. From here you will be able to order your images in many different sizes. The prints come from a reputable photo lab at very reasonable prices. I cannot guarantee print quality from labs used outside of your gallery.
Do you collect a deposit and sales tax?
Yes. A 50% initial payment is due at the time of booking. The balance plus 6% sales tax will be due the day before your session date. You will receive an invoice via email.
What if it’s raining on my session date?
I will be watching the forecast and will be in touch with you prior to your session to confirm. If it looks like the weather will not cooperate, we can then discuss an alternative location or reschedule for a later date. There is no charge to reschedule your session based on weather. Please keep in mind that all rescheduled sessions are subject to availability.
