During our initial planning for Jessica's Brand Session, we talked about the different platforms that she would need photos for, locations for her session, wardrobe, ideas for posing each image, and created a list of must-have shots and props to help clients get to know her and the services she offers. I love these initial consultations because they help me get to know my clients better and help them feel more at ease and confident on the day of their session.
We had a lot of fun dreaming up creative ideas that represented Jessica's online presence and marketing. Using her home office for a portion of her session allowed us to utilize many of the tools of the trade she uses on a daily basis to create captivating content for her clients. One of the perks of being a military spouse meant we were also able to take advantage of a dedicated state-of-the-art workspace at the USO Warrior and Family Center on Fort Belvoir. The neutral decor provided the perfect backdrop for the classic, professional look Jessica was wanting for her session. Finding a space that offered furnishings and equipment that she could use to perform her job also meant less we had to bring to the session.
